I got tired of watching my bright-yellow bananas get bruised and turn brown almost overnight, just from lying around on my countertop, so I went looking for a way to keep them fresh and enjoyable for longer. A major online retailer’s “banana hook” offerings were cheap, and buyers often complained about how easily those fragile hooks would break off.

When I searched wider for “iron banana stand,” up popped Wicks Forge. I knew immediately that what I saw there was the solution to my problem. It wasn’t cheap, but by golly I will have it for the rest of my life, and later on my lucky descendants will enjoy it, too. It’s not just strong, either, but beautifully made. Ram's Head Fire Poker

We did a rustic remodel of our bathroom upstairs. The leaf hooks and towel rack really added to the character of the bathroom.

I bought this as a gift for my coffee-loving husband who is originally from Maine, and he loves it. I get little pictures a few times a week of him using it before I wake up. Super good quality.

I love my new mug tree. It is just the right compact size and looks perfect with my new pottery mugs.
