These cheese slicers (or trancheuse de fromage as we've been calling them here in the shop) are handcrafted in Maine using traditional and modern blacksmithing tools and techniques. The handles are finished with a linseed oil and wax finish and the wire is stainless steel, meaning it can stand the test of time (and hard cheeses).
