By default we offer free return shipping for 30 days after you receive your item.
However, if at any time a product you received doesn't meet your expectations, contact us and we'll send you a replacement or substitution. This will be shipped out within 2 weeks, but shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you're still not happy, send it back we'll issue a full refund excluding return postage.
