My fireplace is now complete with the addition of the Wicks Forges Fire Tool Set & Stand.
I purchased the fireplace tongs and fire poker a couple years ago and have enjoyed using these tools because of their robustness and functionality. It has made setting fire logs and controlling fires with more ease than in the past. Recently, I decided to complete the set with the stand, shovel and broom. The set is not only amazingly functional, but it looks great too! The set has aesthetically added to the appearance of my family room. This is important to me because my family and friends gather around the family room when visiting. During the cold season, there’s nothing better than a nice crackling fire to add to the ambience. This set now completes the experience.

Perfect. Just what I was looking for.

I needed a stand that fit the long fireplace tools I already had. I knew I needed something tall and robust. Something solid that would match the sturdy look. The post has cleverly designed "pegs" that are inserted into the metal pole. They are at different levels so it looks more like a tree. The stand has a sturdy, wide base without it being too heavy. I also bought the hand scoop and brush to make the tool set compete. We love the hand brush design creating a handle that just looks cool. I heartily recommend these American heritage family made products.
